Welcome to Zest Bake+Create — a cozy bakery and cafe in the heart of Gordon, Georgia! Zest is inspired by family, creativity, and a deep love for sweet traditions. Named in honor of my grandfather, Mr. Lemon C. Harris, a proud Gordon native, Zest celebrates the spirit of community and joy he passed down.

After five wonderful years of running my home-based business, Sugar Cookies by Maya, the overwhelming support from my customers inspired me to open a full storefront. Now, Zest Bake+Create brings my passion for baking and art together under one roof. With a background in art and design, creativity plays a role in everything I do — from hand-decorated sugar cookies to custom cakes and more.
